RETURNS POLICY
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, when
you return it to us in saleable condition, within 14 days from delivery.
All return and exchange costs are covered by the customer.
The original shipping cost is subtracted from your refund. If you place an
order and refuse the package when it arrives, you have to cover the
expense of shipping it back to us too.
When we have received the item and approved the return, your refund will be credited to the same
card/account you used for payment.
Faulty Goods
All shipments are insured. It is important that you notify the carrier or
postal worker if you spot defects upon delivery. If you receive faulty
goods contact our staff at evil@antisweden.no
Have your order number ready or paste it into the subject headline!
Ship the faulty item back to us together with the return form. Also include a
receipt of the shipment cost so we can reimburse you for that as well.
When we receive the item and approve the return/defect, we will credit
the same card/account you used for payment.
